It often occurs in adulthood, but teens and young adults are now being identified with it because of high obesity rates.
Gestational Diabetes or Pregnancy diabetes
This type of diabetes occurs due to the pregnancy. Often women suffer from this type of diabetes during pregnancy period. It’s associated with pregnancy and symptoms usually disappear after the birth. If some body suffers from gestational diabetes, they have an increased danger of developing one of the main types of diabetes later in life.

Eat abundance of fiber from whole grains like brown rice and oatmeal. Eat heart-healthy fats like those originate in olive and canola oil, nuts and avocadoes. Take exercise on regular basis. Try to take walk for 30 to 40 minutes which is very good for diabetic patient.

High blood pressure raise the risk of complications, set you at higher risk of heart disease and stroke. People who have the problem of high blood pressures must use all the things that are good for heart for example eating a low-salt diet, getting regular exercise, avoid alcohol, stop smoking, and controlling weight will help you control your blood pressure.
