In this project we are going to handle the entire lifecycle of the reported bug, form it’s reporting to fixation. In OBTS the following will be major functions

Provides tracking facilities
Informs about the different metrics of performance
Could be used on a single Pc or in a network environment

The different types of users have different privileges and they can use this system up to their privileges limitations. The user will add a new bug, edit it, change its priority and severity, can change its state. An authorized user can assign bugs to other personals and can check workload and performance.
