Student Tracking System is a project of eduvision (which is a project of Ease Foundation). As by the name it is evident that our project is related to education sector. Currently our project is not web based, so any person outside the system will not be able to get information from the system directly but it would be possible indirectly. Initially our system will contain information about different institutes but afterwards information about different colleges could also be included.
As described earlier our project will contain all the necessary information about different institutions. And this information will be provided to any person who will contact personally to eduvision, via email or phone call. The information may be about fee schedule, admission criteria, admission schedule, hostel, results, faculty etc. The system will also contain information about the student (applicant) or guardian or about any person who will get information from our system.
